Frequently Asked Questions

Can I refreeze my broth after it thaws?

Yes. If your broth has been thawed in the refrigerator and kept cold, it is safe to refreeze.

For the best texture and flavor, try not to refreeze more than once.

We do not recommend refreezing if the broth has been left out at room temperature.

Can I reheat the broth more than once?

It's best to only heat what you plan on using. Reheated reheating can diminish flavor and nutrients. If you reheat the entire jar, enjoy within 24 hours.

Why does my broth turn gel-like?

This is a sign of high-quality, nutrient-dense broth.

The gel is collagen and gelatin extracted from real bones during the 24-hour simmer.

When reheated, it returns to a smooth, liquid broth. Gelling means you're getting deep nourishment - not watered-down broth.

Why is there sediment at the bottom of my broth?

Sediment is normal and natural. It's simply minerals, amino acids, and tiny bits of cooked vegetables and herbs.

Give the broth a gentle shake or stir after heating - it blends right back in.

How long can I keep my broth in the freezer?

Your broth lasts up to 4 months frozen in our freezer-safe packaging.

It will stay safe longer, but the peak flavor, aroma, and nutrient retention are best within this window.

How long does broth last in the fridge after thawing?

Once thawed, keep broth refrigerated and enjoy within 5-7 days for optimal freshness.
